We were selling our original home in Somerset County and needed to add a contingency to our purchase contract. Lisa was a superstar and was able to accommodate our situation. She was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. All said and done we were able to execute and close on both homes within 45 days of us deciding to move, something I couldn't imagine any agent accomplish, but Lisa got it done. There were so many things that came up I have to imagine was new for almost any realtor, and Lisa was able to navigate the situation excellently. We had many reschedulings, a lot of communications with the seller's agent, attorney, and others, and she made the process feel incredibly easy. It helped a lot that she worked with pretty much every realtor we needed to put a contract in with, as well as having rock solid referrals for specialty work.
